The receptionist (bespectacled) was super rude towards the patients with her tone.

While patients are reminded to put on a mask before entering the clinic, somehow a “helper” was ahead of me w/o wearing one. So was I, as both my hands were carrying food from the nearby hawker, as soon as it was offload I put on the mask. (I hope the management can review the CCTV).

I reminded the assistant that their clinic are famous for berating patients as most are foreign worker, therefore they deem themselves as superior to them & can afford to bully them. The review here is the testament of their behavior.

On a side note, ALL clinics around the vicinity were full & swarm with waiting list except this particular one, for I am in a hurry to collect my monthly medication as they are patient free & medication collection is a breeze. This review is not an act of impulse but through a 2nd incidents observation of how they treat a fellow human.

Nurse on duty was incredibly rude. Doctor was equally rude. If it's an emergency, it's explainable why the patient is not wearing a mask when entering the clinic. Most clinics will offer a mask then. At this clinic? Oh no. It's a crime. You may not be given any medical help, and if you manage to convince the nurse, you'll be at the mercy of her poor attitude as well as the doctor's wrath. Great job Healthway!

Very poor attitude from the nurse, forced us to go get a mask ourselves before visiting the doctor. Asked to buy one from them but was rejected curtly

My whole experience was horrible and the only reason behind this was because I forgot to bring my mask along with me to the clinic.
Breakdown of what happen:

1. Reception (one Malay staff one Chinese lady with glass)
As soon as I entered, I asked if I was able to get a mask as I totally forgot mine. I even said sorry for troubling them. But the Malay staff totally ignored my ques and asked for my IC.
After repeating myself 3times for a mask, the Chinese lady (with glass on) rudely said that they have low stock and only can offer a mask once for this time. I took the mask they gave me and apologised again.

2. Rude answers to my questions.
It was my first time using my coporate insurance so I was unfamiliar with claims and I asked the same 2 staff at the counter with regards to this and the Chinese lady replied very very rudely till I had to tell her of that she should speak politely. And even then she replied with a sacarstic “THANK YOU”.

3. DR TAN YIH RYH’S WORST ATTITUDE
When I entered the room, he brought up the issue about the mask even before I sat down, he did a short consultation and asked where I was working, I told him I’m a medical staff and he immediately when “YOU WORKING IN MEDICAL LINE THEN
WHY CANNOT BRING YOUR OWN MASK”
I was shocked to hear this from a professional DOCTOR WITH A REGISTERED MCR NO. As a doctor, you are suppose to care for you’re patients and show concern to their current condition but this doctor went on with a comment like this. I told him that his comment is very unethical, he apologised and tried to cut me off very sacarstically didn’t even bother to give basic care when I’m having heavy cramps.
I still can’t believe that a DOCTOR thinks he is so entitled to comment on their patients as such. What bothers me the most is that, they have a poster at the counter stating “NO VERBAL OR PHYSICAL” abuse to staff when the staff and DOCTORS are verbally abusing the patients.

This clinic and DR definetly got to practise what they preach. By far the worst clinic in SG! Such a shame.

Doctor Mr Tan Yu Ryh is not ethical and has no compassionate towards his patients which explains why his clinic review remain as 1 star. He is rude without having care for his patient yet Healthway Medical is not doing anything with this doctor and letting him to continue practicing. Nonsense and absurd

No matter how sick you are. Try your best to avoid this clinic. Questions given but you're not given a chance to answer. Payment was full of question marks. Once you out of this clinic, you're wondering what did you paid. Worst ever experience.

As the first customer that day, I had to wait for 10-15 minutes. But when I entered the doctor's room, the doctor asked the first question - What happened? I answered the first sentence - I want to wash the wound. Suddenly the air conditioner broke down, and the doctor immediately showed an attitude that he didn't want to work and kept pushing me away! I came to the clinic for help because I couldn't see the wound (on the top of my head) and couldn't treat it myself, but the doctor told me to buy medicine and wash it at home! Halo, if I can wash it myself, why did I come to you to wash my wound? Do I think it’s too much money? In the end, I accepted the receipt and charged me for the medicine, but I couldn’t understand why he also charged me for the medical treatment fee! The advice they gave me from the beginning to the end was to go home and wash it myself! I really don’t know how you got your medical license You have no sense of responsibility at all. If you can’t work without air conditioning, then you’d better go home and sleep

I forgot my mask, and requesting mask from the receptionist she denied ask us to go outside and buy. They going to close 9pm. Now time is 20.14pm. My daughter is very sick and she is wearing the mask they don't care. Super rude the reception as well as the inside staff. Healtway is our company clinic too. 108 hougang Ave 1.

Been here many times.

Rude staff.

Crazy doctor. Eye unwell, he tell me to go A&E, in the end, I just needed eye drops. Had a viral rash, he tell me it’s dengue, go A&E, in the end, it’s just a fever. My sister not feeling well with gastric & feeling faint, TELL HER TO GO A&E. Charged my sister $40 with no medicine, no MC, just tell her to go A&E. Don’t come here, he’s just going to tell you to go A&E. Waste of time and money. So rude and unprofessional. So dismissive. Doctor or usher to A&E? Ask 1-2 questions always and tell people go A&E. Bruh. I think this clinic need to go A&E. Didn’t realise there’s so many negative reviews. Don’t come here!

Inattentive doctor, does not care about your condition asks like 1-2 questions at best and front desk nurses who also dont care about your questions, only come here when i want to get medicine and fly out in 5 minutes

Did not read the review before I came. Will never come back here again. Paid $65 for just 2 medicines, for a lozenges and 1 bot of cough syrup on a saturday morning when other clinics do not charge extra for this timing. The doctor is so rude and he does not care for the patient and keep asking me to stay outside even though i was talking to them from outside the door when I was tested negative. No wonder there was 0 patients here after reading all the reviews and seeing it myself.

Went around 1210pm today for a flu and cough, receptionist (the older one) was extremely terrified about COVID and was extremely rude. Told to go outside and after that, was told i need to wait until 2pm for ART test because ART test " close already". There were many other clinics around so I went to another one which all receptionists were trained to do ART tests that are "open". Good luck keeping your business. This clinic will only be a last resort for me and my family. I see many similar feedback below and despite them claiming to "take feedback seriously", service is as bad as ever. Should have read before going and wasting time getting angry.

Very horrible experience. Unfortunately I ended up with this clinic on weekend. The moment you say "fever" they will yell at you to go outside and the doctor wants you to go away from the clinic as soon as possible. Never seen this behaviour in any clinics in singapore.

The nurses are so rude and rejected me just because I downloaded my company insurance e-card before that day instead of the current day. Very bad experience, I will not go to this clinic any more.

I honestly think they should work on their customer service. The ladies were rather cold and seems unhappy serving. They even asked me out loud what’s my symptoms & etc when I’m the only one in the clinic. It’s not as if there’s a lot of people in the clinic…. Mehhh.
